Staff Augmentation Coordinator & Account Manager
About Bramcolm, LLC
We are a growing IT staffing firm that places skilled technology consultants with direct client companies. Our focus areas include programming, data engineering and architecture, AWS and cloud solutions architecture, and product ownership and management roles. We have an established pipeline of qualified consultants ready for placement and a system that delivers warm leads directly to you.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a results-driven coordinator to own our direct client relationships and placement pipeline from first contact through closed deal. This is a high-impact, two-month sprint where your mission is clear: place 10 consultants by the end of March.
You won’t be cold prospecting from scratch. We already have warm leads and contact information in place. You’ll also have a strong pool of available IT consultants ready to be matched. Your job is to take these assets and turn them into placements—building relationships with hiring managers, moving deals through the pipeline, and ensuring a smooth experience for both the client and the consultant.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of the full placement lifecycle from initial outreach through contract close
- Work warm leads we provide: reach out to direct hiring companies, build genuine relationships with decision-makers, and follow up relentlessly
- Coordinate with our internal team and available consultant pool to match the right talent to the right opportunity
- Manage the entire pipeline using Nimble CRM, keeping every deal organized and moving forward
- Communicate daily with the business owner and internal team via Microsoft Teams
- Think critically about the process and suggest improvements to increase speed and close rates
- Deliver a professional, responsive client experience that builds trust and repeat business
What You Bring
- Account management, recruiting, or B2B sales experience — ideally in the staffing or IT consulting industry
- An existing network of hiring managers, IT leaders, or decision-makers — ideally, you can tap into your contacts and start generating opportunities from day one
- A closer mentality — you don’t just generate activity, you drive results and get deals across the finish line
- Strong communication skills — you can build rapport quickly with hiring managers and technical decision-makers
- Self-starter mindset — you manage your own time, prioritize effectively, and don’t need hand-holding
- Organizational skills — you can manage multiple deals simultaneously without dropping the ball
- CRM proficiency — experience with pipeline management tools (we use Nimble CRM)
- Ability to hit the ground running — this is a fast-paced engagement with no lengthy ramp-up period
Compensation & Growth
- Base pay: $10,000 for the two-month engagement, paid bi-weekly. This engagement is performance-driven and subject to early termination if we do not see the drive, initiative, and pipeline progress we’re looking for
- Progressive commission structure (paid when the consultant starts working at the client):
- Placements 1–3: $1,000 per placement
- Placements 4–7: $1,500 per placement
- Placements 8–10: $2,000 per placement
- Total earning potential: $10,000 base + $15,000 in commissions = $25,000 for two months
- Growth opportunity: If we meet our goal of 10 placements, you will have a strong opportunity—if not a guaranteed one—to extend well beyond April in a long-term role
