Lead Training Developer & Facilitator
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid preferred) or Remote (with travel across Massachusetts)

About the Role
Bramcolm is hiring a Lead Training Developer & Facilitator to support the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) in launching a statewide Local Public Health (LPH) Data Solution. This is a mission-driven opportunity to lead training strategy and delivery across diverse public health teams in Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities
Training Design & Development

Create instructor guides, participant handouts, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials

Convert technical content into easy-to-understand, role-based training

Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 and Section 508)
Training Delivery

Facilitate instructor-led sessions (virtual and onsite)

Provide 1:1 and office-hours-style coaching during rollouts

Lead “train-the-trainer” workshops for internal and external stakeholders
Improvement & Measurement

Gather feedback through surveys, polls, and discussions

Continuously improve training materials based on learner input

Track user engagement, training completion, and adoption metrics
Collaboration

Participate in change impact assessments and learning needs analyses

Coordinate timing with OCM and product rollouts

Help produce onboarding and Hypercare documentation
Required Qualifications
-
8+ years in training development/facilitation (public health or tech projects preferred)

Experience with instructor-led, e-learning, and SCORM-based content
-
Proficiency with LMS tools like Moodle or TRAIN
-
Strong facilitation skills for both remote and in-person delivery

Willingness to travel across Massachusetts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Background in public health, instructional design, or adult education
